Orders to Australia and New Zealand ship from Sydney, Australia and orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all names and addresses are correct at the time of ordering. If you've entered the incorrect address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try and amend this for you. However, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to amend the address prior to shipment as our warehouse works extremely quickly to get your orders out to you.
If you've entered the incorrect address and your order cannot be delivered, or is delivered to the wrong address, we accept no responsibility for retrieving or replacing your order. Australia Post may send it back to us if they're unable to deliver. We're unfortunately unable to cover the cost of redelivery in this instance and you'll need to pay for your order to be sent back to the correct address. Thank you for understanding.

Please ensure you contact us BEFORE sending your item back.
Please send it back to us in original, unused condition (including the packaging) within 14 days and cover the cost of shipping.
For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost of shipping your new one to you. Note: We can only accept returns that are sent by trackable post, so please take note of your tracking number.
Please note, we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Important: Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items or promotional do not qualify. We do not refund purchases which come with a free gift.
