IMPORTANT NOTE: Whilst we aim to dispatch orders on the same day or next business day, we cannot control the shipping speed once orders are with Australia Post. The increased demands on domestic and international postal networks are causing delays in some circumstances.

How much is shipping?

Within Australia

Standard Shipping: FREE over $40! (includes tracking).

Express Shipping: Flat rate of $5.95 (includes tracking).


Standard Shipping: $14.95.

How long will it take to get to me?

We ship from Melbourne, Australia and orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

As a general guideline:

Australia: Allow 2-5 business days. 
New Zealand / Asia: Allow 7-10 business days. 
Middle East / Europe / Americas and Africa: Allow 10-14 business days.

Note: the above time estimates are guidelines only for standard shipping.

Incorrect addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that all names and addresses are correct at the time of ordering. If you've entered the incorrect address, please email us at hello@ovlcollection.com and we can try and amend this for you. However, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to amend the address prior to shipment as our warehouse works extremely quickly to get your orders out to you. 

If you've entered the incorrect address and your order cannot be delivered, or is delivered to the wrong address, we accept no responsibility for retrieving or replacing your order. Australia Post may send it back to us if they're unable to deliver. We're unfortunately unable to cover the cost of redelivery in this instance and you'll need to pay for your order to be sent back to the correct address. Thank you for understanding.


We want you to absolutely love your Ovl Collection jewellery, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, email hello@ovlcollection.com and we'll organise an exchange or refund for you.

You'll need to send it back to us in original, unused condition (including the packaging) within 14 days, and cover the cost of shipping. All original shipping costs are non-refundable (so we will refund you your purchase price less the cost to ship your product to you - usually that shipping cost is $8.50).

For exchanges, you'll need to cover the cost of shipping your new one to you. Note: We can only accept returns that are sent by trackable post, so please take note of your tracking number.

Please note, we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Important: Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items or promotional do not qualify. We do not refund purchases which come with a free gift.
